At Ella Vatour, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to understand which items are eligible for returns and refunds.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase on eligible skincare products and select items.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@ellavatour.com. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Eligible Items for Return

  • Unused or gently used skincare products

  • Select non-skincare items as approved by our team

Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase and must not be empty or nearly empty.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • All Fragrance Collections and fragrance-based products

  • Essential Oil Blends

  • Digital products (including downloads and music)

  • Gift cards

  • Used or nearly empty products

  • Custom or limited-edition items


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@ellavatour.com.


Additional Terms

  • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through EllaVatour.com

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the original seller

  • International exchanges are not offered at this time

  • Shipping fees, customs/duties, and gift wrapping services are non-refundable

  • Bundle sets must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, spills, or personal handling

  • All purchases are for personal use only; resale is not permitted


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@ellavatour.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right.

  • Custom orders ship within 2–3 weeks

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or other common carriers with tracking provided

  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment
