Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer multiple shipping options for US orders:

- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- UPS Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
All domestic orders ship from our facility in Canfield, Ohio.
International Shipping We ship worldwide to 25+ countries via DHL Express, including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.
International delivery typically takes 1-3 business days via DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are collected upon delivery by the carrier or customs authority.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
