Cancellation policy

Preorders

Certain Ella Vatour products may occasionally be offered for preorder before they are ready to ship. Preorder products will be clearly identified on the product page, along with the estimated shipping timeframe.

Payment terms will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. Depending on the preorder, we may collect full payment or a partial deposit when the order is placed. Any remaining balance will be charged as disclosed at checkout.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it has been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@ellavatour.com with your name and order number.

Once a preorder has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Our standard return and refund policy will then apply.

Estimated shipping dates are provided in good faith but may occasionally change due to production or supply delays. If a preorder is delayed beyond the original estimated shipping timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel the preorder for a full refund.
