What Is Human Design?

Human Design is a system for exploring the idea that we don’t all operate the same way.

Some people seem to have energy for days. Others need more space to recharge. Some make their best decisions quickly; others need time before they know what feels right.

Human Design organizes those differences into patterns — giving you another lens through which to understand yourself.

Not instructions.
Not a diagnosis.
Not a prediction.

Just information to explore.

Where Did Human Design Come From?

Human Design was introduced in the late 1980s by Ra Uru Hu and combines ideas from several older systems, including astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system and Kabbalah.

Is Human Design scientifically proven? No.

And I think that’s important to say.

I look at it as a tool for curiosity and self-reflection — not something you have to believe in. If it gives you a new way to think about yourself, cool. If part of it makes you raise an eyebrow, that’s perfectly fine too.
