Good Vibe Glow: Finding What Makes You Feel Good

Middle age really does play a mental game with Father Time, doesn’t it? One day you wake up and think—holy shit, I’m halfway there (if I’m lucky enough to live that long). So, what now?

This is the moment you start sifting through all the ideas, passions, and “someday” dreams you’ve carried for years. It’s when you realize there’s no more room to keep putting things off. Now is the time to prioritize what really matters—whether it’s a skill you want to refine, a dream you’ve been holding onto, or something brand new you’ve always wanted to try.

And don’t get me wrong—I’m not here to stress you out. But I am here to remind you that time is precious, and it’s not slowing down for any of us. If you’ve got health goals—start moving on them. If you’ve got a business idea—take that first step. It’s not too late. You couldn’t convince me otherwise. (Okay, sure—if you’re over 40 and chasing an NFL career, let’s call that one a no-go… but you get my point. 😉)

I’m constantly starting new things, testing new ideas, chasing curiosities. Why? Because I want to see for myself what lights me up and what doesn’t. Sometimes the pursuit leads me to something I’ll never try again. Other times, it opens doors I never even imagined. Either way, I’m better for having tried.

So let me ask you—what’s tugging at your heart? What keeps showing up in your mind as something you’d love to do? And more importantly, what’s holding you back? If your answer is money, let me stop you right there. That excuse doesn’t fly. I’ve lived many lives as an artist with very little means, and I’ve always found a way. Money is often just a mental block—not a valid reason to stand still.

In your own quest for a Good Vibe Glow, what’s the thing that will make your heart sing? Do you know it? If not, start exploring. Get curious. Try. We only get so much time here—use it wisely.

That, my friend, is the essence of your Good Vibe Glow: choosing the things that feel good, chasing what matters, and living lit up from the inside out.

Til The Next One,

BrookeLynn
