HOW TO EXPERIENCE YOUR SET

These samples are meant to be explored slowly and returned to whenever you need them. Begin by checking in with yourself: Where are you right now? What do you need more—or less—of in this moment? Choose the scent that matches that direction, or simply begin with the one drawing you in.

Dab a small amount onto your wrists, take a deliberate breath, and pay attention to what you notice. Let the scent quiet the noise for a moment and help you reconnect with where you are. Return to the same blend throughout the day whenever you want to shift your attention, reset your mind, or find that direction again.

With repetition, a scent can become a familiar personal cue—something your mind begins to associate with a particular feeling or intention. And if one blend does not speak to you yet, save it. Its moment may simply not have arrived.

How much scent is included?

The set includes five 1 mL vials—one each of EXHALE, PAUSE, FUEL, BLÜM, and EMBODY.

How long will the samples last?

You only need a small dab at a time, so each vial is designed to give you multiple scent experiences. How long they last will depend on how often you reach for each blend.

Keep the vials tightly closed and store them away from direct heat and sunlight.

Do I need to experience the scents in order?

Not at all. Begin with the scent that matches what you need right now, take the Scent Cue Quiz for a starting point, or simply choose the one drawing you in.

There is no wrong place to begin.

Can I use more than one scent during the day?

Yes. Your needs can shift throughout the day, and your scent can shift with them. You may begin with FUEL when you need momentum, reach for PAUSE later when you need a minute, or return to EXHALE when it is time to release some pressure.
