The Product That Started Ella Vatour
Ella Vatour began with a simple idea: creating thoughtful skin solutions for the people I love.
ENCHANT was the first.
My cousin had tried countless under-eye products and spent far too much money searching for something that actually worked for her. Nothing was making enough of a difference—so she asked me to create something.
That request became ENCHANT: the first formula I created for Ella Vatour and the product that started this whole beautiful thing.
This lightweight botanical eye serum combines 1.8% bakuchiol with green coffee bean oil, cucumber seed oil, prickly pear, rosehip, and other nourishing botanicals. The cooling steel rollerball glides comfortably around the delicate eye area, helping skin look smoother, brighter, and more refreshed with consistent use.
Available in a full-size 10 mL rollerball or a 1 mL sample.
Thoughtful care for the skin around your eyes. No complicated routine required.

- Tired-looking eyes
- Under-eye puffiness
- Dark circles and dullness
- Fine lines
- Dry or crepey-looking skin
- Uneven-looking texture around the eyes
The botanical formula moisturizes and conditions the eye area so it looks softer, smoother and more refreshed.

Why is caffeine used in ENCHANT?
ENCHANT contains naturally occurring caffeine from green coffee bean oil.
Caffeine is commonly used in eye-care formulas created for tired and puffy-looking under-eyes. In ENCHANT, green coffee bean oil works alongside bakuchiol and nourishing botanical oils to help the eye area look brighter, smoother and more refreshed.
ENCHANT does not claim a specific caffeine percentage.
Can I use ENCHANT morning, night—or anytime?
Yes. ENCHANT can be used in the morning, at night, or anytime your eyes need a quick refresh.
Because ENCHANT contains bakuchiol rather than retinol, you do not need to reserve it for nighttime use. The cooling steel rollerball also makes it especially nice for a midday pick-me-up when your eyes look or feel tired.
In the morning, apply a very small amount and allow it to absorb before sunscreen, concealer, or makeup.
During the day, use one light pass whenever you want a cooling refresh. If you are wearing makeup, apply sparingly and gently tap the serum into the skin rather than rubbing.
At night, apply after cleansing and any water-based mist or serum. Follow with moisturizer if your skin needs additional support.
ENCHANT was created for comfortable, regular use, but every person’s skin is different. Patch test before your first full application and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
How long does ENCHANT take to work?
The cooling steel rollerball feels refreshing immediately, and the eye area may begin to feel softer and more moisturized within the first few uses.
Changes in the appearance of fine lines, puffiness, dark circles and tired-looking skin are gradual. For the best experience, apply ENCHANT consistently morning and evening and give the formula time to work with your skin.
Results do not happen overnight—but with consistent use, you may have that little “OMG, my eyes look good” moment. ✨

What’s Inside ENCHANT—and Why It Matters
Eye Serum Questions, Answered
What makes an effective eye serum?
An effective eye serum should be formulated for the concerns you want to address, whether that is dryness, fine lines, puffiness, dark circles or tired-looking eyes.
It should also feel comfortable enough to use consistently, work well with the rest of your skincare routine and provide realistic benefits without relying on overnight promises.
ENCHANT combines bakuchiol, naturally occurring caffeine, botanical oils and a cooling steel rollerball to address both the appearance and feel of the delicate eye area.
What makes ENCHANT different from other eye serums?
ENCHANT is a small-batch, waterless eye serum made with all-natural botanical ingredients.
Unlike a water-based gel or a thick eye cream, it has a lightweight oil-serum texture that moisturizes and conditions the skin without a heavy finish.
The formula combines:
- 1.8% bakuchiol
- Naturally occurring caffeine from green coffee bean oil
- Lightweight botanical oils
- A cooling steel rollerball
- No artificial or synthetic fragrance
ENCHANT is also available in both a full-size rollerball and a sample size.
Can ENCHANT help with dark circles?
ENCHANT is formulated to help the under-eye area look brighter and more refreshed, but no topical eye serum can correct every type of dark circle.
Dark circles may be influenced by dryness, pigmentation, visible blood vessels, genetics, skin thickness or natural hollows that create shadows beneath the eyes.
ENCHANT may be particularly helpful when the eye area looks dry, dull or tired. Its botanical oils moisturize and condition the skin, helping it appear softer and more luminous.
It does not contain concealing pigments and does not permanently change facial structure or genetically determined coloring.
Can ENCHANT help with under-eye puffiness?
ENCHANT is designed to help the under-eye area look less puffy and more refreshed.
The steel rollerball provides an immediately cooling sensation, while the lightweight formula moisturizes without the heavy, coated feel of a thick eye cream.
Apply with gentle pressure. More rolling or more product will not create faster results
Can ENCHANT help with fine lines around the eyes?
ENCHANT helps moisturize and condition dry, delicate skin so fine lines appear softer and the eye area looks smoother.
Its 1.8% bakuchiol content was selected to support gradual improvement in the appearance of skin texture. The botanical oils also help reduce the dry, crepey appearance that can make fine lines look more noticeable.
ENCHANT does not claim to erase wrinkles or permanently change the structure of the skin.
What is the difference between an eye serum and an eye cream?
An eye serum generally has a lighter, more targeted texture than a traditional eye cream.
Many eye creams are emulsions made with both water and oil. ENCHANT is a waterless botanical oil serum, so only a small amount is needed.
ENCHANT may be used on its own or paired with an eye cream if your skin needs additional moisture. Apply ENCHANT first, allow it to absorb and then add a cream only where needed.
Neither format is automatically better. The right choice depends on your skin, preferred texture and skincare goals.
Can I wear ENCHANT under makeup?
Yes. ENCHANT can be worn beneath makeup, but a very small amount works best.
Apply one light pass, gently tap it into the skin and allow it to absorb before applying concealer or foundation.
Using too much oil serum may cause makeup to move or separate, so avoid heavily coating the under-eye area.
Does ENCHANT contain retinol?
No. ENCHANT does not contain retinol.
It contains 1.8% bakuchiol, a plant-derived skincare ingredient commonly used as an alternative to retinol for people seeking smoother-looking texture and a softer appearance to fine lines.
Bakuchiol is its own ingredient. It is not a type of retinol.
Is ENCHANT suitable for sensitive skin?
ENCHANT was created as a gentle, thoughtful approach to eye care, but no cosmetic can be guaranteed irritation-free for every person.
Natural ingredients can still cause sensitivity. ENCHANT contains active and aromatic botanicals, including bakuchiol, blue tansy and blue lotus.
Patch test before your first full application. Begin once daily, avoid direct eye contact and discontinue use if redness, burning or irritation occurs.
Is ENCHANT fragrance-free?
ENCHANT contains no artificial or synthetic fragrance.
It does have a light natural botanical aroma from ingredients such as blue tansy and blue lotus, so it should not be described as completely scent-free.
The natural aroma may vary slightly from batch to batch.
What does waterless eye serum mean?
A waterless eye serum is made without a water base.
Every drop of ENCHANT is composed of botanical oils and oil-soluble ingredients, which gives it a silky texture and means only a small amount is needed.
Waterless does not mean harsh or unusually strong. It simply describes the type of formula.
What does small-batch skincare mean?
Small-batch skincare is produced in limited runs rather than in extremely large manufacturing quantities.
ENCHANT is blended in small batches with close attention to the formula, texture and finished product. This reflects the personal, hands-on way Ella Vatoür skincare is made.
Small-batch production is part of the product story, but it does not automatically mean that a product is safer or more effective than every mass-produced formula.
How should I store ENCHANT?
Store ENCHANT upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Keep the cap securely closed and avoid touching the rollerball with unwashed hands. If needed, gently wipe the applicator with a clean, dry cloth.
Proper storage helps preserve the quality of the natural botanical formula.
Can I use ENCHANT during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Pregnancy and breastfeeding recommendations can vary based on individual circumstances.
Because ENCHANT contains bakuchiol and several botanical oils, show the complete ingredient list to your physician or qualified healthcare professional before use.
