I made ELEVATE because I couldn't find a tallow face product that actually felt good on the skin.
Most were too heavy. Too greasy. Too much like wearing a layer of wax to bed and hoping for the best.
So I made the one I actually wanted to use.
ELEVATE is a whipped, waterless moisturizer made with grass-fed tallow from a small family farm in Ohio, mango butter, and nourishing botanical oils.
It melts into dry skin, delivering deep moisture without leaving you feeling heavy, greasy, or coated.
Available in a full-size 2 oz jar or a 3 g sample.
Soft Skin. Lasting Moisture. Good Vibe Glow.
Why ELEVATE?
Why ELEVATE?

The concentrated, waterless formula leaves skin feeling deeply moisturized, smooth, and comfortable—without that heavy, coated feeling.
Use it on your face, neck, chest, hands, or anywhere your skin needs a little extra love. Start with a tiny amount. A little truly goes a long way.

ELEVATE: Product + Formulation FAQs
Where does the tallow in ELEVATE come from?
The grass-fed beef tallow in ELEVATE comes from a small family farm located about an hour away from us.
Knowing where our tallow comes from matters. It gives us a more transparent, traceable source for one of the most important ingredients in the formula rather than relying on anonymous, mass-sourced tallow.
Why does ELEVATE use grass-fed tallow?
We choose grass-fed tallow because sourcing and ingredient quality matter.
An animal’s diet can influence the composition of its fat, but “grass-fed” is not a magic skincare claim. How the tallow is sourced, rendered, handled, stored, and incorporated into the finished formula also matters.
For ELEVATE, grass-fed tallow is part of a bigger commitment to using thoughtfully sourced ingredients and knowing where they come from.
Why is ELEVATE blended with oils and butters?
Because a great tallow moisturizer requires more than simply putting rendered tallow into a jar.
Pure tallow can feel firm, waxy, heavy, or difficult to spread. ELEVATE combines grass-fed tallow with mango butter and carefully selected botanical oils to refine the texture, glide, melting point, and overall finish.
The goal was not to use the greatest amount of tallow possible. The goal was to create a balanced formula that feels beautiful on dry skin.
Is ELEVATE pure tallow?
No. ELEVATE is a thoughtfully formulated tallow moisturizer rather than a jar of pure rendered tallow.
Tallow creates the rich, moisture-sealing foundation of the formula, while mango butter and botanical oils help make it softer, smoother, easier to apply, and more comfortable to wear.
Every part of the formula contributes to the complete ELEVATE experience.
Is ELEVATE a face balm or a moisturizer?
ELEVATE is both.
“Face balm” describes its rich, waterless format. “Moisturizer” describes what it does: softens dry skin and helps reduce moisture loss.
Unlike a traditional lotion or cream, ELEVATE does not contain water. Its concentrated blend of tallow, butter, and botanical oils creates lasting moisture using only a very small amount.
What skin types is ELEVATE best for?
ELEVATE is best suited to dry, very dry, seasonally dry, mature, or moisture-depleted skin.
It may also be used on isolated dry areas such as the cheeks, hands, elbows, knees, legs, or feet.
Those with very oily, acne-prone, or easily congested skin should begin with a small patch test and use only a tiny amount.
Will ELEVATE feel heavy or greasy?
ELEVATE is rich, but it was specifically formulated to avoid the unusually dense, waxy feel associated with many traditional tallow balms.
Because it is waterless and concentrated, using too much can create a heavier finish. Begin with a very small amount, warm it between your fingertips, and allow it to melt into the skin before deciding whether you need more.
How quickly will my skin feel different?
Many people notice that their skin feels softer, smoother, and more comfortable immediately after applying ELEVATE.
How your skin responds over time will depend on your skin type, the level of dryness, where you use it, and how consistently you apply it. ELEVATE is designed to support comfortable, moisturized skin through regular use rather than promise an overnight transformation.
What happens if ELEVATE melts?
Because ELEVATE is made with natural tallow, mango butter, and botanical oils, it may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures.
Place the jar upright in the refrigerator until the formula becomes firm again. Melting may change its airy, whipped appearance, but it does not automatically mean the product is unusable.
Store ELEVATE in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Is ELEVATE vegan?
No. Beef tallow is an animal-derived ingredient, so ELEVATE is not vegan.
We source our grass-fed tallow from a nearby small family farm and formulate it with plant-based butters and botanical oils to create the finished moisturizer.

Tallow + Dry Skin FAQs
What is beef tallow?
Beef tallow is purified fat that has been slowly rendered and filtered.
When properly prepared, it becomes a stable, solid fat that can be used in cooking, soapmaking, balms, and skincare formulations.
In skincare, tallow is valued for its rich texture and naturally occurring fatty acids, which help soften the surface of dry skin.
Is beef tallow good for dry skin?
Beef tallow can be a helpful moisturizing ingredient for people with dry or very dry skin.
It works primarily by softening rough-feeling skin and creating a protective layer that helps slow moisture loss. However, no single skincare ingredient is ideal for every person or every skin type.
The way tallow is formulated also makes a difference in how it feels and performs.
Does tallow hydrate the skin?
Tallow moisturizes the skin, but it does not directly add water to it.
Hydration refers to the skin’s water content. Tallow functions more like an emollient and moisture-sealing ingredient: it softens the skin and helps hold in moisture that is already present.
That is why a waterless moisturizer can be especially effective when used after a facial mist, shower, or water-based skincare step.
How does tallow help reduce moisture loss?
Tallow creates a light, protective layer over the surface of the skin.
This layer helps slow the evaporation of water from the skin while also softening dry, rough-feeling areas. The result is skin that feels smoother, more supple, and more comfortable.
Tallow should be described as a moisturizing cosmetic ingredient, not as a treatment for a medical skin condition.
What does “waterless moisturizer” mean?
A waterless moisturizer is made without water as the base of the formula.
Instead, it uses concentrated oils, butters, or fats to soften the skin and help reduce moisture loss. Because the formula is not diluted with water, only a small amount is generally needed.
Waterless does not mean the skin no longer needs hydration. It means the moisturizer works best by helping preserve moisture already present in the skin.
Why does the source of tallow matter?
The quality of tallow can vary depending on the animal source, farming practices, rendering process, freshness, handling, and storage.
Knowing where the tallow comes from provides greater transparency and traceability. It allows you to understand more about one of the primary ingredients being placed on your skin.
ELEVATE uses grass-fed tallow from a small family farm located about an hour away from us.
Is grass-fed tallow better for skin?
Grass-fed sourcing can be an indication of greater ingredient transparency, but it does not automatically guarantee that one skincare product will perform better than another.
The complete formula matters. The quality of the tallow, how it was rendered, how it was stored, and what it is blended with all influence the finished moisturizer.
“Grass-fed” is one meaningful part of the story—not the entire story.
Is pure tallow better than a formulated tallow moisturizer?
Not necessarily.
Pure tallow can create a rich, moisture-sealing layer, but it may also feel firm, greasy, waxy, or difficult to spread. A properly developed formula can combine tallow with complementary oils and butters to improve texture, glide, absorption, and overall skin feel.
Pure does not always mean better formulated.
Can beef tallow be used on the face?
Yes. Beef tallow can be used on the face, particularly by people with dry, very dry, or moisture-depleted skin.
Because tallow is rich, begin with a tiny amount and observe how your skin responds. Those with oily, acne-prone, or easily congested skin may prefer to use it only on isolated dry areas.
Patch testing is always a smart first step.
Will beef tallow clog my pores?
Tallow may clog pores for some people, particularly those with oily, acne-prone, or congestion-prone skin.
There is no honest way to guarantee that a rich balm will never contribute to a breakout. Your skin type, the amount applied, the complete formula, and the other products in your routine can all affect how your skin responds.
Begin with a very small amount and discontinue use if you notice persistent congestion or irritation.
Is tallow suitable for every skin type?
No skincare ingredient is ideal for every skin type.
Tallow moisturizers are generally best suited to dry, very dry, seasonally dry, mature, or moisture-depleted skin. People with oily or acne-prone skin may find a rich tallow formula too occlusive for regular full-face use.
Your skin’s response matters more than a universal claim.
Can sensitive skin use tallow?
Some people with sensitive skin tolerate tallow well, while others may react to a rich occlusive formula or to other ingredients included in the product.
Always review the complete ingredient list and patch test before applying a new product across the face or a large area of the body.
Those who avoid essential oils may prefer the ELEVATE No Essential Oils Added formula.
Can tallow treat eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, or acne?
Tallow is a moisturizing cosmetic ingredient, not a medical treatment.
A tallow moisturizer may temporarily soften dry-feeling skin and help reduce the discomfort associated with moisture loss, but ELEVATE is not intended to diagnose, cure, or treat eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, or another medical condition.
Persistent, painful, inflamed, broken, or medically diagnosed skin concerns should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
Does tallow naturally contain vitamins?
Tallow naturally contains fat-soluble compounds, but the amount present can vary based on the animal, its diet, the source of the fat, and the rendering process.
For that reason, we avoid presenting tallow as a guaranteed topical vitamin treatment. Its primary role in ELEVATE is to provide a rich, moisture-sealing foundation that helps soften dry skin.
Does tallow contain collagen?
No. Tallow is rendered fat, not collagen.
Although tallow may help skin feel softer and smoother by reducing moisture loss, it should not be described as a source of topical collagen or as a product that replaces lost collagen in the skin.
